Prompt service and a reasonable price. I was kept informed of the driver’s whereabouts on route and picked up outside of the arrivals terminal within five minutes of arrival. The taxi was extremely clean and well maintained and the driver friendly and polite. As a woman travelling alone late at night, I was grateful I didn’t have to walk to any car park and it was great to know in advance the driver’s name, vehicle registration and details to identify him easily. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

What are your payment methods?
We accept cash and card.
Will I always be guaranteed a taxi?
During busy times we will do our best to provide waiting time for your transport. We cannot guarantee transport for every single customer. This may simply fall into a number of factors such as; area coverage, on demand peek times, right to refuse customers (i.e not fit to travel, being over intoxicated, no payment, rude, violent behaviour etc.). We hold a zero–tolerance policy for any customer found causing problems for our staff to carry out their roles.
What is the average waiting time?
The average waiting time for the local Lye community is between 5, 10 and 15 minutes. If you are situated outside of our operating area than this will be longer.
What is the complaints procedure?
All complaints are recorded into our complaints book. We will take your contact details, time of incident, date of incident, type of incident and description. We will check our booking system and locate the driver(s) or operator(s) involved. Depending on the type of incident, this will be escalated to management and investigated after questioning all parties involved. Once this has been completed we will take action where necessary.

Yes. All our drivers and staff are mainly from Lye and Stourbridge area. All our drivers are licensed by Dudley Council.
Soiling fee?
The vehicle has to be removed from service causing loss of earning and having to find alternative cover for contracted routes. Starting from £35 depending on the damage caused to the interior of vehicle.
